Dr. Christopher J. Constantine
Dentist
Dr. Christopher J. Constantine was born and raised in Towson, MD, and he loves providing exceptional dental services to his fellow community members.
His interest in dentistry began at a young age. As a child, he required a lot of dental treatment but had a wonderful dentist, an experience that encouraged his interest in the biological and medical world. In his youth, he also had a strong affinity for art and worked on a portfolio of art pieces throughout high school, hoping to pursue art and design in college. The week before starting his college journey, he had a realization: dentistry was the perfect synthesis of his medical interest and artistic abilities.
After changing his major, Dr. Constantine never looked back. He earned a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University before graduating from dental school at the University of Maryland. He also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Christian Care Hospital.
He holds a genuine passion for dentistry and likes the fact that he can bring his artistic side into dental appointments to improve his patients’ smiles, creatively solving their dental problems. His favorite parts of his job include restoring form and function to his patients’ teeth and seeing the changes his dental work makes in their lives.
Dr. Constantine also appreciates the rapid pace of technology innovations in dentistry and loves incorporating new technologies into his practice to improve treatment outcomes and the patient experience.
When he’s not helping patients at Osler Dental Professionals, he loves spending time with his wonderful wife Heather, their children Charlotte and Max, and the family’s Beagle mix named Daisy. He also still creates art outside the dental office, finding the most enjoyment in drawing and sculpting.
Dr. Lewis S. Libby
Dentist
As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Libby has a long-standing relationship with the Baltimore area. Dr. Lewis S. Libby was born in Baltimore and attended Loyola College in Baltimore before graduating from dental school at the University of Maryland.
His father cared for patients in a blue-collar neighborhood of Baltimore for 32 years, and his grandfather acted as the town dentist in Old Town, ME from 1913 to 1952.
Dr. Libby served in the U.S. Navy active and reserve for 32 years and learned a lot as a commanding officer. He also served as the Pacific Fleet Dental Officer, a role in which he was responsible for planning humanitarian operations around the world.
He began practicing dentistry in Baltimore after serving as a dental officer in the Navy. He started practicing in Baltimore in 1978 and has practiced dentistry for over 40 years now. Many Baltimore-area families have entrusted their dental care to him for multiple generations.
He also played a major role in establishing a dental clinic in Haiti within the Bon Samaritan school in the city of St. Marc and traveled there regularly for ten years prior to the pandemic. In addition, he’s volunteered at the Esperanza Center in Baltimore, a non-profit organization that offers a variety of services to immigrants.
His favorite part of dentistry is meeting new people and learning about their lives and concerns. He’s very gratified when he can relieve discomfort or help them enjoy the appearance of their smile. He also greatly appreciates the trust his patients place in him.
Verneal Seabrooks
Office Manager
Verneal was born and raised in Williamsport, PA, home of the Little League World Series Baseball. Her hometown was also known as the lumber capital of the world in the late 1800s. At that time, it had the most millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the U.S. Many of the mansions are still standing and are located along the town's main street, called Millionaires' Row.
Verneal attended Williamsport Area High School and graduated in 1989. The Osler Dental Professional's office manager was a two-time State Track Champion (1986 and 1987) and a soloist in the Marching Millionaires band the year they won the East Coast Championships. After high school, Verneal attended a local community college for about a year and then enlisted in the United States Air Force.
She attended the Air Force Dental Assisting School at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX and graduated in the top 5 in her class. Her favorite part of a patient's visit is engaging with them to help them understand the value of what the dental team does and the benefits of a healthy smile. It's rewarding to Verneal when patients feel comfortable in the dental office and when they choose Osler Dental Professionals as their dental home. Many patients have been with the practice for 40+ years!
When she's not helping patients, Verneal loves spending time with her daughter, husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys doing DIY home projects, home organizing, and watching and attending sports events. She's also a huge fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul!
Nora
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nora was all set to pursue a career in special education at Radford College after high school but needed a summer job. She was presented an opportunity as a Girl Friday/Assistant at a dental office in Bethesda, MD. Over the summer, she found herself enjoying the dentistry side of the job but not the desk work. Therefore, she put off college and found another job strictly as a dental assistant, which Nora loved. That office also employed dental hygienists, which Nora never knew existed. One of the hygienists at the office helped and encouraged her to pursue a career in dental hygiene, and she still loves her profession many, many years later.
She began with the original practice owner, Dr. Libby, when she moved to Baltimore from the Gaithersburg area 39 years ago. She worked part-time with Dr. Libby for a few years. After having her fourth child, she stayed at home for obvious reasons but later worked at other specialty practices in the area. She finally returned back “home” to this practice and in a full-time capacity 18 years ago. For the past eight years, she has watched Dr. Constantine grow and enhance the technology in the practice in so many positive ways. She's proud to be a part of his team.
Nora is an avid golfer who also loves gardening and DIY home projects. However, her best hobby is babysitting her first granddaughter one day a week and enjoys spending time with her two dachshunds.
Angela
Dental Assistant
As a dental assistant, Angela assists the doctor with procedures, x-rays, setting up and cleaning, taking impressions, and helping out the front desk during down times. She attended Medix School and has been with the practice since 2003. Her favorite part of the job is getting to her patients.
When she's not at work, Angela likes to run, bake, read, garden, and spend time with her family.
Julie
Dental Assistant
Julie began her career in 2009 after graduating from Medix Institute. She chose dental assisting because it combined her interests in science, technology, and helping to serve her local community.
Her favorite part of her job is helping patients achieve their dental goals and having a fun and enjoyable time while doing so.
When she's not at Osler Dental Professionals, Julie likes spending time with her husband, son, and family.
